It was my first time playing paintball and even though I liked the game, the poor customer service and the immense amount of attitude from their staff will not make me come back to this location or recommend this location to any of my friends. It seemed like the staff was forced to work there, and one even said to us that he just works here part time so he doesn't care much. When giving instructions he was monotone, didn't make eye contact with anyone, and had a straight face and was like a angry robot. When a friend accidentally dropped all her bullets, they made her pay for new bullets (these are cheap). They are not accommodating at all, and are focused on making money before keeping their customers happy. This will not work for you in the long run.
Deep and his staffs took care of us every-time we come, whether to Paintball City or Sgt. Splatter. I had a grand time here for my husband birthday party and did not regret supporting this small business with my money and time. Highly recommended.Deep understands and accepts exemption while following all the guideline to ensure everyone safety during the pandemic.

I had two privet games- I would have liked them to go a bit longer. To buy extra drinks was a little pricey but if you don’t have anything you can’t complain. The map was great and I had a great time! Would definitely recommend.
Staff is always polite and ready to help no matter what . I had fun with my group with well organized games and they took good care about the social distancing and mask situations. The gentlemen behind the counter is genius. Explained right from the beginning about the process and he is a good seller.
I booked in advance & my experience was 240 for 6 kids for about 30 minutes of play. The kids sat & waited & waited in hot sweaty suits. Many of the other participants were not wearing masks, despite us asking staff to enforce it. Many did not adhere to any social distancing in the common spaces (before you went in). I emailed my concerns, asked for a partial refund & 2 days later I have heard nothing from them. The City should crack down on them- DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!!!
