Customer service is decent depending on who you get. It’s a hit or miss with the sales representatives there. I should have gotten his name, however the last visit I had the person was very informative and provided my fiancé and I the latest promotions and was prompt to helping us find or browse phones. Only steps in when he sees us struggling but other than that left us alone to browse which is what we appreciate. Overall good customer service - and again depends on who you get there.

Hamza and Zack had been very helpful, patient and informative. They go the extra mile in providing an excellent customer service. Very pleasant and smart people. We just bought S21 Ultra and we are happy.

One lady treated my elderly parents in such a rude way. They came in on Saturday, March 27 @ 3pm. Gave them attitude with everything. Yelled at them when they walked in the store after waiting outside for a long time and nobody came to see them. She kept saying “I don’t understand what you’re saying” in such a rude way, as if to say “you don’t know how to speak English”, which they do and run their own successful business. At the end my parents said okay, we’ll go see freedom mobile to avoid the confusion in which she replied “oh my god!” She’s completely rude and should not be working in customer service whatsoever.

I was here today asking questions about the newly-released Samsung s20 ultra. Suki was the guy helping me out, I believe he's an assistant manager. Great guy, was able to answer all my questions. The store is large and spacious and has everything Samsung. Friendly staff and a good selection make this one worth visiting.

The staff at the Yorkdale location always create an amazing experience for me.. The staff makes it so much easier for me to find my needs especially with Covid 19 spreading and not being able to go in the actual store and shop around. I highly recommend this location!!

Bought a new Samsung S21 and to my surprise NONE of the new phones come with a wall outlet charger, you have to buy them separately. I called the Store to make sure they have THE WALL CHARGER only (Not the Wire) and they ensured me that they have many in stock. Get to the store and surprise...Everything has been sold out for weeks. Such a waste of time. All of this could have been avoided if the person who answered the call had actually gotten up and went to check the shelves. Horrible service.
