Had previously bought euros and USD from roscoe at a reasonable exchange rate. This time I wanted to buy Israel currency. I Didn’t call ahead to ask the exchange rate since I trusted them due to previous good experience. But this time they charged me a much higher Exchange rate than the market rate. I don’t think I was treated fairly, and probably Will NOT go back to them again.
Probably the worst customer service in the world, they don’t open on time ever. Never answer the phones, and standing inside for 30 min yields no interest from the staff. Save time and agony and go to the 100 other places that actually care about their customers.
Pleasant enough people but their rates are far from stellar if you are buying US currency. I found them identical to me to going to my bank and they are notoriously not competitive. Its a convenient location but there are much better options with more competitive rates.
Excellent location for me and great exchange rates - for NZ and Australian currency completed recently. Highly recommended.
