I’m not sure how anyone could rate Rita less than 5 stars. Very reliable and reasonable for simple alterations. Always pleasant to deal with. So sweet in a diamond in the rough kind of way.

I got my pants altered and patched. Pant alteration was of the wrong length. The patch was awfully added on, and it was completely visible. Additionally, customer service was bad. Owner made fun of the clothes you brought.
