You won't find a more professional and FRIENDLY tech support company. It's one thing to be good at what you do but Ben and his team love what they do and it really comes out in the way they treat their customers. I've been working remotely since March of 2020 and there have certainly been some challenges with technology. Ben and his team are very responsive and get to the bottom of glitches and problems efficiently and quickly. They understand the value of time and are extremely reassuring throughout the process. I'm incredibly grateful for all of their dedicated, hard work and I appreciate all the effort they put into truly caring for and about their clients. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for more. Their prices were exceedingly reasonable, the work took far less time than I expected, and accomplished even more than I'd expected to be paying for. Not to mention, it was all during the holidays, on christmas eve actually. And, just saying, I'm far happier to be supporting real people by hiring them; by which I mean, the one who took my call did much of the work to fix it as well. It's good to know they in particular profit entirely off this, as opposed to some amorphously huge corporation. And, they deserve it; these are the most sincere five stars I've given in a review.

I was introduced to Ben and Primary Support System when I was hacked. The hacker had gotten into my computers, wifi, emails, cell phones and I was being blackmailed. PSS completely scrubbed all my systems of viruses and hackers. They put into place the most secure system I have ever had. I recommended them to my friend who was experiencing a similar situation. Ben and his team provided exceptional service in recommending and implementing a cost effective, high speed ethernet wifi solution. We spent many years attempting unsuccessfully to have a strong wifi signal and consistent internet throughout our building. Ben came over with his team and took the time to clearly explain all the different options available. They quickly setup, installed and tested the pro equipment on site and voila our internet is now insanely fast everywhere we need it to be.
