Paul Davis was on my insurance's preferred list and I decided to go with them. I was not disappointed. Steven and his crew made the repairs go smoothly. As we dealt with our condo downtown, it was not an easy task. But they are experienced with the handling of condo corporations. They showed great leadership. They knew exactly what to do and how to handle things. I never felt like I was a number. I would definitely recommend them. They also handled my contents with such care when they were removed and when they brought them back. They cleaned and sanitized and set up all my furniture again. Great work. Thanks.
I thank my insurance company for assigning Paul Davis Co. to handle my claim. Paul Davis was involved in all aspects of my insurance repair claim. These include the mitigation phase, packing, moving out and storing my furniture, clothing etc., flooring installation and moving back my household items and cleaning. Mr. Daniel Prado was the project manager. Mr. Prado did an excellent job as a project manager. He coordinated all the works properly. He’s a very responsive and responsible project manager. I’m a person who looks at every detail and Mr. Prado can attest to that. And he patiently answer all my questions and concerns with a smile. All staff assigned to do my repair claim from start to end of work did an excellent job. The new floors were excellently installed. I inspected every nook and corners and I didn’t find any concern. I highly recommend Paul Davis. Oh, and don’t forget to ask for Mr. Daniel Prado to be the project manager.
We unfortunately experienced a house fire and we had Paul Davis respond to our call through our insurance company. Their team reached out the same day as we put in the claim, they were fast, responsive and very professional. Even though our call to them wasn't a pleasant one they made our experience with them easy and stress free. Thank you to Steven and your team. Highly recommend reaching out their worth the call.
Great company, the communication was top notch. Azim walked us through the process and was there each step of the process. All of the work was done to a high quality standard. From Demo to refinishing to cleaning. Great crews and excellent service all around. Side note, during Covid 19, one of the works crews wasnt wearing PPE. its their funeral, but i didnt mind. I assume the company as a whole tries to enforce this. I understand the importance.
