Today the technician Eddie came to my home to repair 3 different devices. I was so very please as his expertise , kindness and eagerness to get the job done perfectly. He went to great lengths to make sure while we wait for parts I am still able to use my equipment, this gives me great peace of mind. Thank you Eddie and Motion ! Be safe. God bless.

Just Spreading some love to Motion Specialties crew that went up and beyond to get me movin. Got me a loner joystick so my power chair can move again. Shouts out Trevor for finding the part and Andrew for the install most of all ladi Cassandra for spear heading the movement with putting out the worker to ODSP and finding the part so i can move again . My wife Randi has a Quantum Edge power wheelchair with lift & tilt. A bolt came off the back rest and it caused the back to loosen rendering it very unsafe. She was quite panicked and faced the prospect of not being able to use it. She called for a technician and was told there would be one available the next day. Then she got a call back to tell her that Eddie was available this afternoon. He has been here a couple of times in the past. He got to work quickly, repaired the back and did some other maintenance on the chair to make sure it was working safely. He would not leave until he was sure that Randi was comfortably seated as he adjusted it for her. Eddie gives excellent, friendly and highly competent service. He and customer service went above & beyond today.
