I ordered the classic meat & cheese wine basket for my girlfriend's birthday. It was the first time ordering from this company and doing it all online, you never know. However, my girlfriend was very impressed, and surprised, when she received it. The products were fresh and as described online. I am in Ontario and she is located in Alberta, so the basket needed to be shipped - she said everything was packaged very well and she felt spoiled to have received it. Thank you.

I ordered a basket for my sister last December 22, 2020 and up to now they haven’t delivered it. They sent me an email to leave a review for their service and they said that they have fulfilled my order. For me, you haven’t fulfilled an order until everything has been completed until the receiver has received the package. But I guess this is how they do their service since they want my opinion even without completing the delivery I will be honest. In their website prior to purchasing the basket it says it will be delivered in 14 business days. So I ordered thinking that it will arrive sometime in January. But by mid of January I haven’t received any shipping details of my order and tried contacting them by phone but you can’t even talk to anybody on their phone because nobody answers it. I emailed them twice and they sent me an auto reply that they will get back to me but nobody reached out to me. I thought I got scammed and it was a very expensive basket! I got an email on Jan. 16, saying that my order has been shipped but it won’t arrive till February 4. So all in all, if you order you will have to wait more than a month before it’ll be delivered so keep that in mind before you order from them!

Horrible experience. We paid a substantial amount of money for a three-month subscription. Have received two (late) orders so far, with each order containing only half of the products we ordered/paid for. Customer service sends you automated messages so there is no way to actually speak with someone about these mistakes. Will never order from this company again – save your money and go elsewhere.

I didn't personally see the product as it was sent to my mother-in-law in Winnipeg and I'm in Toronto. But, she said the wine was fabulous, the sweets we picked (specifically the brownies) were delicious! The plant we bought had fallen over in travel in there so perhaps some better and secure packing, but it lived! Only complaint is we were asked to pick which day we'd like it to be delivered and it was delivered 6 days earlier. Overall, great product!
