I pre-booked a wheelchair cab 2 days before my mother's specialist appointment she's 80 years old and it was a very important appointment booked months before they don't show up for half an hour .. I call when I find out that they didn't show up they had a phone number they had an address they didn't even send a cab a backup cap something and all the man kept saying was ma'am ma'am we're having a hard time he says tracking down a wheelchair cab.. for God's sake when you book two days before and you don't even show up and you don't call at least send someone over to the house to explain the situation what a terrible service they had to track down somebody available in the neighborhood in the middle of the day to take my eighty-year-old mother to her specialist appointment definitely do not book these people for wheelchair cab Reviews their service for regular cab and they've been pretty good but they should not advertise the fact that they have wheelchair cabs and because of this particular incident I would never use them again. I wonder if they've heard of the Accessibility Act and the fines that can be imposed when you don't explain as a business that you can't service disabled persons.

Courteous and professional drivers very dependable taxi service. We have been using Maple leaf taxi for many many years.
Maple Leaf taxi driver was driving fast and aggressive , he cut me off , he was driving at least over 85km/hour on 60km/ zone. He was going west bound on Rexdale Blvd. between Kipling and Margin Grove in Rexdale area of GTA. Ambassador taxi Plate # A 608. and vehicle plate BWZF 900. These kind of drivers are extremely dangerous to the safety of the public.
I've gone into multiple maple leaf taxis. They r on time, clean, don't speed. They always do a great job and I recommend their services
My wife request for leaf taximost of the times but this is the second time this has happened She request for leaf taxi and the taxi never showed up and they charged her 5 supposedly for not been there where they supposedly pick her up but reality is they never showed up so I feel like this is scam company.
