Very friendly and reliable doctor... always willing to answer every question I have about my kids. We're lucky we found a pediatrician like her...

I feel so lucky to have this Dr. for my kids.
Dr. Rodrigues is hands down an awesome Dr. ( 5 star rating ) She takes her time with explaining everything, and answers all your questions. HOWEVER the receptionist (the older women) she is another story, she has absolutely ZERO phone manners or customer service skills. She doesn't greet you or talk with respect when dealing with patients. ( ZERO rating) if I could. As a person that is the first point of contact you should conduct yourself in a PROFESSIONAL manner, she talks to patients as if she is speaking with her friends outside of work. If you're that miserable in life or with your job, go look for another job, and don't project your bad energy to other people. This is a pediatricians office, a Place for children. The atmosphere should be fun and bubbly to get and keep the kids in a good mood, not have a sour mood reception kill the spirit with her grumpiness. To add to all that i have experienced with this receptionist she is never at her desk and you have to call multiple time s just to book an appointment for your child. I only continue to bring my kids to this office because i like the service we get from the DR.
I would agree with all the comments in other reviews. As a pediatrician, we really like and trust Dr. Rodrigues. You will rarely ever get through by phone call or get your message returned - although getting our initial consultation was a call back. If you are a new patient, try not to book your first appointment close to the end of the day. We had that happen and waited forever, but finally met Dr. Rodrigues. We gave it a chance after meeting her and liking her rapport. Since then we've been satisfied with her care for our baby daughter and punctuality, and only make appointments in person...
