I use this company in both Toronto and Brampton to store items for business. Best place I have seen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fast and easy rental process and pricing is very fair. Clean and heated units are helpful for me. Let me save you the time of calling around, this is the best place to rent from!

First of all I just finished reading these reviews and Tiberio Barcelos sounds like a nut. I looked around for a storage place and after checking out the reviews and calling them decided to go with Key Storage. HOWEVER I was intrigued by Tiberio's post about Key Storgage suspecting him of going to live out of the unit. Well I checked out his other reviews and what a coincidence! Another storage company (StorageMart) also \gave him the feeling they thought he was going to sleep in the unit\. How strange lol. It gets better though. He has another review of Ontario Works where he literally states he's been homeless, living off food stamps and \Stealth\ camping. Hmmm I wonder Tiberio, if these companies giving you the feeling they thought you were going to use it as a unit to live out of was really that far off base. Lol what an idiot.

Least helpful staff and outdated. I called before going in to see a locker. When I called, the lady I spoke to didn't seem to have much knowledge about storage so I didn't get much info. I ended up going in to get a quote. I don't know if I met the same person I spoke to on the phone, but it may as well have been seeing as she didnt seem to know much. The area where the lockers are is so outdated and filthy. Looks like it hasn't been swept in ages. The prices are the lowest i could find. I would not use them even though its so cheap. Simply because it is dirty and not well maintained.
