I had been let go from a previous employer and wanted a legal review of my severance package. I stumbled across Kadish Law from a google search and decided to take a chance with them, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. George Lin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive and patient. He made sure I understood everything that was happening and offered sound advice along every step of the way. Needless to say I was extremely pleased with the outcome and I would highly recommend him. I would definitely use them again, although hopefully I won't ever need to. :)

I spoke to Noah about the severance package I had negotiated with my employer as I was let go due to cutbacks (COVID-19). I could not believe how kind, patient and knowledgeable Noah was! It was not in his best interests to advise me that what I had negotiated so far was pretty reasonable and by hiring his firm, the few additional weeks they could possibly gain for me would not be worth the cost of the fees I would pay them! Well I went back to my HR person with the confidence of the knowledge I had gained ( I also confirmed these numbers with family & friends who had recently been let go and had a lawyers help negotiating their severance package) and negotiated the additional weeks. I even got one more additional week of pay then what I was entitled to since we resolved it amicably! Thank you Noah and Kadish Law! Best call I ever made.
