Japorms is great. I have ordered hats from them a few times and quality is great. ordering is super easy. Service is top notch. The owner is a great person to deal with. He is very responsive and helpful. Do not hesitate to use Japorms. I will always be using them for my embroidery and printing needs.

Extremely professional and kind service. I was rushing to find an embroiderer who could produce a custom embroidered hat by Christmas (I contacted Japorms on the 15th). Despite the fact that I was a complete pain and messaged Japorms non-stop over the next few days (which are their busiest times), Aris reassured me that they would have my product ready by the time I needed it. Couldn't recommend Japorms any more highly, and sorry for being annoying.
