I recently purchased a winter coat for my mother online at Janan Boutique. The experience was remarkably pleasant! Jake at the boutique was particularly helpful. He was knowledgeable, responsive and accommodating. He had made 3 separate visits to drop off various styles and sizes so that my mother could comfortably try them on at home. Thanks to his excellent service, my mother was able to find one down jacket that she really liked. Two thumbs up!

Had a great online shopping and curbside pick-up experience. Website is easy to use, and items are clearly marked and all product info provided. I was looking for a specific coat, Janan had it in my size. Called to see how pick-up worked and they mentioned I could try it on to be sure. I purchased the coat online and next day I got a very nice email asking if I wanted same-day delivery or pick-up. Since I wanted to ensure I got the right size, I selected pick-up and was able to try it on, safely, outside, along with a few similar coats. Safe - easy and pleasant experience. My coat was beautifully wrapped and I was off within a few minutes.
I wanted to order a jacket online. But I wasn't sure about my size with a Creenstone brand. I called to the store manager. And I'm really grateful for his help. Jake is very knowledgeable and professional. He asked me a few questions and figured out what size I need very quickly. The jacked arrived promptly with a storing bag as a bonus. I recently purchased a Nobis jacket from Janan Boutique and was very happy with the shopping experience. The sales associates were super helpful over the phone helping me assess the size, style and warmth. They delivered the jacket the same day I purchased the item. Unfortunately the jacket did not fit, but they made the return process super easy as the came and picked it up the next day and issued a full refund. I would definitely purchase from them again and recommend this store for anyone looking for high quality clothing, accessories and jackets.
Excellent selection of quality coats and brands, excellent customer service, truly the service you would expect from a boutique. Much better than buying a coat from larger retailers like Holt’s or indeed even other smaller retailers. I never get the feeling that the smiles are fake and all about a sales commission. And because they sell nothing but coats the staff really knows their stuff so actually getting answers to product questions makes a discerning shopper happy. Great selection of some of the bigger brands but also lesser known and local designers that I wouldn’t have known of but now love. My mother and I have bought coats from here for years and have been consistently happy with our shopping experiences and our purchases. I hope this business is around forever. A true gem.
I accidentally stumbled upon Janan Boutique, on my way to Michael Kors nearby at Vaughan Mills Mall. The stylish winter coats on display caught my attention. The store had a huge selection of high quality, competitive, well tailored coats. It was a daunting decision deciding on what coat to purchase.Staff were extremely patient and showed me a lot of options before I finally settled for one. I was so pleased with the coat that I decided to buy another one online. The coat was delivered to me the very next day at no cost and because I wasn’t too sure of the sizes, the sales representative brought a couple of different sizes for me to try on! This store goes out of their way to accommodate their customers and offer great discounts. I have finally found a store where I can buy my winter coats!
I purchased a jacket online and since I am located in the US they do not offer returns or exchanges. Jake however provided superb service and thorough pictures so that I was comfortable before proceeding. Would definitely purchase from Janan again in the future.
