She was detailed oriented,professional, responsive and very thorough which made the whole process such a smooth transaction. The dealership has great COVID protocols and made me feel safe.

I leased my Jaguar F Type 400 Sport from this dealership and found the service to be top notch. They completely amazed me with their service and quick turnaround time. I had the pleasure of dealing with a Sales rep by the name of Tyler Allen. He handled my credit application via email and got a 2 hour turn around on the decision. I went in and signed the lease agreement and was all done within an hour. The whole experience and his level of professionalism was absolutely top notch, I will without hesitation recommend this dealership to anyone considering a high end vehicle. All servicing and maintenance on my Jaguar has also been done at Thornhill Jaguar. All employees at servicing are very professional and efficient. Do not ever buy cars from these guys, they will scam your money. 2 months after I return a lease car, they sent me a bill for three thousand dollars repair with no damage on the car. When I contact them, they tell me they don't know what happened
