Overall a great experience! As many watch collectors know, unless you've bought a couple pieces from a brand you rarely get any special treatment. That was not my experience with IWC in Yorkdale Mall. It was my first time walking into the boutique (to kill some time) and I was welcomed by Claren who walked me through the different collections. She was not pushy and left such an impression that I felt comfortable enough exploring a few options with her through email after leaving the store. She answered all of my questions and was able to accommodate all of my request which was surprising because I was new to the brand. I ultimately ended up purchasing a watch that fit perfectly into my collection and will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Went to yorkdale to satisfy an itch for a new watch in my collection and stumbled across an IWC store. Although I didn't make an appointment "JJ" an assistant manager was more than welcoming an eager to help. Being new to the brand she was very patient and educated me through this years lineup carefully selecting certain pieces that match my specifications. Although still early in my process of singling out my final selection she was not pushy and even encouraged me take my time. I have to say the customer service is top notch and definitely surpasses Rolex and Audemars. I left with a beautiful brochure and would 100% purchase a pilot from them in the near future. Thank you!

This is a top shelf retailer. The service is a 10/10! I was greeted by Claren and J. J. who were so nice and pleasent to deal with. Then, Angelo helped to find me the perfect watch! IWC wasn't fully on my radar when I walked in to browse but their impeccable service won me over immediately. Angelo was extremely patient, accommodating, and explained the ins and outs of everything to me. He took the time to educate me on the watches, something no other store bothered to do. Another female colleague whose name I didn't get was also great but my interactions with her was limited. I went to every single watch store in Yorkdale today and the fantastic customer service at IWC led me to buy from them. 11/10, would Schaffhausen again.

It is a absolutely 5 star IWC boutique shop. I came to purchase the travel case for my IWC watch. As I know that only boutique shop carry this leather case. Unfortunately the salesman(Jim Ou-Yang) told me it is not for sale. He offer me one as a free gift since I am a IWC client even my watch is purchased from other authorized dealer. I really appreciate this great and friendly service he offered to me. Thanks so much. Also he has really deep understanding of IWC brand and products, that is so professional.
