After multiple calls and after being told a sales associate would be in touch, no response at all. Not one return call, no interest from the company even tho Im looking to purchase equipment. If I can't get a call from a sale associate I would hate to see what the service is like for warranty or repair. Bottom line you have lost a sale.

One of the worst company we have ever dealt with. No proper customer service. Bought an pizza oven but no customer service or maintenance services after receiving the order. I will never recommend this company to my other colleagues for business.

Just completed their Traditional Course and was actually very impressed. Fun, relaxing and extremely informative. Their interest in your interest in a word I'd say is Genuine. They are genuinely sincere with the course they offer and are very sincere with your success. I highly recommend this course for someone looking at starting a new hobbie or career.
Great company, with a huge selection of modern equipments for hospitality business. Amazing customer care service and lovely people. I worked with several of their products for pizza and I can say they are probably the best on the Canadian market. They really provide technology that support the tradition.
