Much better exchange rates than the banks. The Interchange website is easy to use, and allows you to lock in a specific rate that is valid for that business day. Staff at the branch were helpful, courteous, friendly and very professional. Overall, fast simple service with good value.

Very competitive rates in whole of Scarborough and North York. Best part is they are open till 9 which adds to convenience. Got the rate on the phone and was quoted a great rate which almost 8 places I enquired before couldn't beat. Would definitely visit again. It is at the corner of younge and finch and there is a parking lot on south east side.

People I talked to are nice. The cash conversion rate was same as TD bank, they advised me to use account for better rate. However, they didn't tell me that it takes 3-4 business days. once i got the email, next day I called to cancel the order or expedite. the rep told me to provide screenshot of the withdrawal so they can quickly release the converted currency. Today called them again, they said it will be deposited until tomorrow morning. I don't recommend using account to account service unless you don't need the money and you get a really competitive rate. Not feeling good to give 1 star but that's what the service deserve.
