I bought a laptop on their website and paid through paypal and after some time the guy called and told me that he cannot process the order as they were expecting more money for this laptop even though they have mentioned a price on their website. These type of people cant keep their words how could they give you a proper quality products. Strongly recommended to stay away from these sellers. Who knows what will they ship you for the money you have paid for... because from my experience they cannot keep their promise... Very bad attitude and customer service.Return policy is garbage 20% is restocking fee.

I have bought a few laptops from this store in-person and never had many problems. I ordered an old ThinkPad a while back and it was shipped in terrible condition. The keys were extremely sticky and hadn't been cleaned. The laptop wouldn't boot into the advertised OS (W10). After debugging for a while I discovered the laptop was shipped without the harddrive even being plugged in. It was just bouncing around loosely in the laptop. I emailed them about it with no response. They don't care at all. There are more reliable places to buy refurbished laptops.
Infotech is one of my favourite places to go to purchase a used computer. You can find really affordable, robust machines with current operating systems at Infotech. The products are sturdy and work just as expected. Businesses enjoy shopping here to replace equipment that has failed or became outdated. They have always served me with knowledgeable and courteous staff and can help a person find exactly what they're looking for. Enhancements such as more RAM or larger hard drives are easily accommodated and can be performed quickly. This is a solid store performing a wonderful service!
Highly recommended. I found them very responsive and professional. I bought a desktop from them with a very reasonable price, but it had a working problem at the beginning (totally understandable, since it is not a new computer, anyways). The way they stood beside me until the issue was resolved, was exemplary. I had them on phone with no problem (very polite and professional), quick responses to my emails. They picked up, fixed the device and sent it back to me, safe and sound, in just 4 days.
DONT BUY HERE: THEY DONT HONOR WARRANTY IF YOU OPEN YOUR DESKTOP COMPUTER AND MAKE ANYTHING TO YOUR COMPUTER (LIKE INSTALL A GRAPHIC CARD OR A SSD), THEY THINK THAT BLOWN CONDENSATORS OF A 10 YEARS OLD POWER SUPPLY IS BECAUSE I OPEN MY COMPUTER CASE 2 WEEKS AFTER RECEPTION!!!! THE COMPUTER CLOSE ITSELF BECAUSE OF THAT. IT'S THE WORT COMPUTER SHOP I EVER SEE IN MY LIFE!!!
