Would highly recommend Imperial Roofs to anyone. Very professional and reliable. They did a fantastic job on our roof and when completed you wouldn't have known they were here; cleaned up so well. We dealt with Mike and he was a pleasure, start to finish.

I had the unfortunate experience of trying to converse with the owner of this company. He was working on our neighbors house and parked his truck so it was completely blocking my driveway, not to mention letting his staff unload and walk through our driveway. He moved from our driveway and then parked in front of another neighbors driveway. When I got out of the car I asked why would be inconsiderate and park that way. His response to me was \Why don't you f*&king blow me?\ and he also told me to go and F myself. All in front of my eight year old who spent the next hour asking me what it means when someone asks you to blow them. Really classy business man! HIs staff were laughing the whole time. I guess they find this type of harassment in front of a child very funny. I did not. I don't care how good he claims his work is. No one was wearing any safety harnesses and he screamed at me until I got in the house. Absolutely arrogant, sexist, inconsiderate, unprofessional jerk. I can't stand men who think they can speak to a woman this way, and don't even have respect for the fact that kids are around. I posted about him in a local community group and guess what? Other people have had him work for them and gotten screamed at as well....and they were paying customers! So, if you want a terrible experience, he's your guy.
Highly recommend Imperial Roofs to anyone. They are reliable, professional and efficient. They did a beautiful job on our roof 13 years ago and cleaned up the yards nicely. We put in a couple of service calls for minor repairs after the wind storms recently. The crews showed up as soon as they could to fix the damages. Glad to see them put in the same value in big jobs and small jobs and treat customers with respect. Best wishes to Stephan and his crews.
I had a slow leak in my garage roof. Mike quickly identified the source of the problem, and made the repairs. Now that's excellent service!
We would like to thank Stephan and his crew for doing an amazing job on our roof and the aluminum work that was done on the house.
