They are very honest people. They always provide great honest service and they never over charge. They always go the extra mile with helping me. I will definitely be a lifetime customer with them. I know that I can trust them because I feel like family over there. They're prices are very honest and its very hard to find honest people who you can trust that will take care of you like that! GTAutomotive you guys are AWESOME!

The service was fast. There was a bit of confusion about the bill and fees charges because of my first time at this location. Tony clarified my questions and everything looks fine and made sense for me. I came to this place because of the good reviews and i will give now a good one too because they take care of their reputation and i saw a strong attention to solve any problem or concerning about the service provided. It means a lot for me as customer.

I own a 2005 Crossfire Convertible, only imported 69 of my model to Canada in 2005. Everything under the hoods is Mercedes. Tony is the only guy that touches my car. It had a tricky ignition problem that required a piece be removed. It is not something anyone has any experience with. Mercedes & Chrysler were useless. Both Chrysler and Mercedes gave we nothing but false information. GT followed a suggestion that came from the Crossfire forum. It worked and instead of spending 2500 plus finding a guy to reprogram keys, I paid 200 & no parts whatsoever. If you have a vehicle and you’re not taking it to GT Automotive, you’re spending more than you should on your repairs. This father (Gianni’s) and son (Tony) are honest, reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced service. Thanks for taking such good care of my baby!
