The two stars I give is for the variety of flooring they have and for their contractor who did a very good clean job, and that’s it! They changed the date of their visit the day before the appointment! They had wrong measurements, made us buy more material which at the end were not used and didn’t even refund, the quote they gave was way lower than what we paid at the end. You’re reading this as I assume you wanna decide to go to this shop or not, their customer service sucks! Don’t go!

I purchased flooring and installation from Flooring Liquidators on Steeles in Toronto and the installation was improper causing the floor to move over an inch and crack. Owner doesn't respond to my emails and won't call me. Like I never existed. Even the Better Business Bureau was ghosted. If it were his floor that was improperly installed, I bet he too would be upset.
