Called at 5:39pm asking for a rental for tomorrow, was advised to come in asap and they could help me out. Told the rep i had to walk over. Ran over to the location and it was closed and to visit another location. I arrived at 6:20 due to me running 4km. Employees were still inside. They told me to come back tomorrow....yeah right im never returning to enterprise nor will i ever recommend them anymore.

Reserved online. Got to the office and everything confirmed. Upgrade at no charge. In and out in about 20 minutes. Returned car, and rolled back 1.5hrs in the system to avoid charging me for an extra day. Nice. In and out in about 10 minutes. Would definitely rent through this office again.
Rented a car last minute for a weekend, went in and out within less than 15 mins. Great service and they went out of their way to help accommodate me. Will definitely visit this branch again. Great staff, in particular Moe.
The staff was amazing and so helpful! The desk staff was friendly and inviting even though I was rushing and all over the place. The young man who took me to my rental vehicle was patient with me as I tried to set up blue tooth and become familiar with the vehicle. All I saw was smiles. I left there feeling so relaxed and reassured.
