Worst airlines ever. If I could only give them a Zero star! Booked my ticket during covid and obviously was unable to fly, so had to cancel my ticket and they were only offering credits then. Now that they are offering the refund, they refuse to give my money back saying their policy suggests that because I asked for a credit, I cannot get my money back. Whereas all the the other flights including Cathay Pacific and Air India gave my money back. Now I have to use my credits before March 2021 otherwise I will lose my money! Worse airlines ever!
