I had my colonoscopy and fissure surgery done at this clinic. I was fully satisfied with the staff in the OR. They were all very nice and professional. Dr Aminazade was great in explaining and performing the procedure. The whole process took less than an hour and I fully recovered in 5 days. I was able to go back to work the next day.

You don’t have to wait long if you are the first. Our appointment was at 7:45. They told us to get there 15min earlier. We were there at 7:30am. Staff came around 7:40am and opened doors. After 20min of paperwork and waivers, procedure started at 8am. So if you don’t want to wait long, be the first one there. Note, that you cannot drive after your appointment so arrange your ride in advance.

I was VERY anxious about the procedure but their team is amazing! The nurse who met me and put IV was extremely nice and made me laugh to make me relax. Doctor Sam is amazing, the nurse and anasthesiologist are great. I never had sedation before and anasthesiologist said not to worry and that they will take care of me. Thank you sooo much! _

Free parking behind the building. It says paid parking, but you register your vehicle's license plate number with the receptionist. The clinic is clean and set up for social distancing. Best to wear a tshirt because they need your arms for vital signs. The entire staff was quick and efficient. Nurse Yu was lovely and the friendly face you need when you're nervous before/after the procedure. Dr. Sam was thorough and explained everything. Dr. Ma the anesthesiologist was efficient. I've never had any kind of sedation before so it was fun to wake up in the recovery room after all the uncomfortable parts. Sedation is normally not required for gastroscopy, but COVID-19 procedures need to minimize coughing in patients. Best nap I ever had I was in and out in under 45 minutes, but I would understand if there are delays later in the day. The staff has no control if a patient is anxious, presents a different anatomy or develops side effects. You would want them to take the time needed to make sure you're safe and comfortable if it were you.
