I never write reviews but Dryshield and Jonathan McMahon definitely deserve some recognition! I recently had Jonathan and his team come in to get some waterproofing done in my basement. From start to finish, Jonathan and his crew were transparent, professional, trustworthy and very accommodating. So impressed with the waterproofing job that was done along with the window well work. Copton ans his crew did a great job. Very efficient, on time and so polite! Plus Jake was absolutely awesome to deal with! Provided lots of info about what the company does along with videos so I could be educated on what kind of work was going to be done. The team came in and banged out my project in just a few days. My basement was already finished and needed to be demolished along the exterior wall to make room for the project. They were very respectful in doing that to ensure refinishing would be easier. With recent flood rains , I discovered that another part of my basement also needed waterproofing. They squeezed me in very quickly as my refinishing contractor could not do any more work until it was done. Thank you!! They try very hard to please and are professional in every way. Very happy to finally have a dry basement after 10 years of dreading each time it rained!
