On December 29th, 2020, we sent an inquiry to Drapery King Toronto via messenger (after normal business hours) regarding pinch pleated sheers that aren't readily available in our area. Mark responded promptly and within minutes he was able to answer all of our questions. Drapery King has a large selection of products and Mark was able to confirm availability of what we were looking for, and our order was completed with an easy to follow link. Our sheers have already arrived & within 48 hours of our initial contact. They look great, excellent quality, and fabulous service. What a great way to send off 2020. I ordered fabric online (as I'm in another city) and it was exactly what I was looking for!! I am recovering a chair and couldnt find what I was looking for anywhere. Mark messaged me with many fabric pictures close to my inspiration picture and I was so pleased to find they had an awesome selection!! It arrived really fast and the quality was just amazing!!
