Very bad service. I got a referral and my doctor said that they would call me with my appointment details. They never called. They then called me 2 weeks after my ‘appointment’ to tell me I missed it. They then told me I have to wait another 2 weeks and I should expect a call. The doctors are very nice and professional but the receptionist is rude and never picks up the phone (or calls). Save your time and go to a different clinic. I don’t make bad reviews but this got under my skin

Had a great experience at Downsview eye care. Great service, Doctors, Staff, and they all made the process easy and comforting. Highly recommend!
I should have read the reviews before going. Total disregard for patient service. They change my appointment, from one day to the next, no problem. I arrived 15 minutes early ,and after 1.5 hours of waiting another patient that just arrived was called in. That was it. At Reception they didn't even have my name . No apologies , just wait ( some more ) and we will look after you. Not very professional. Diagnostic equipment in the hallway shared by all.This means doctors have to wait with their patients causing more delays. If you can stay away from this joint. They think they have God status because they deal with our health No apologies or reasons for the lousy service. Now I find that is a common occurrence. What a waste 2 hours of my day and 7.50 in parking. Today's lesson check Google reviews before. I will certainly let my physician know for future referrals.
In 3 visits, not a single tech introduced themselves. I found this rather cold and rude. The exams themselves were efficient and thorough.
