Wow!!! Can all businesses be like this one? I had a jacket that I actually didn't end up giving to them because they told me they didn't have the proper machinery to fix it and they might actually damage the jacket. Instead the gentlemen recommended me to another company that was more suitable for my specific jacket. Very well done, class act, professional job! I will be back for other needs!

I recently brought in 2 pairs of suits that needed cleaning. I chose Downsview Cleaners because they use organic cleaning solutions (hydro carbon). Many Dry Cleaners in the city use Perc which is a highly toxic solution which cause skin irritation and may cause long term health issues if it comes into contact with your skin which my doctor asked me to avoid. Always ask your Cleaners what type of solutions they use. The staff at Downsview Cleaners explained the cleaning process in detail which was helpful.
The exceptional service and amazing quality of cleaning of my clothing really showcased their attention to detail. Every time I use this place the staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable on the different types of materials that need to be dry cleaned. I highly recommend Downsview Cleaners every time.
The owner of this franchise is commendable. Had a little delay in the arrival of my items but he explained why and tried his best to accommodate my needs. When i cited my displeasure, he quickly thought of alternatives for me ...even offering free home delivery of my items...His employee as well showed good customer service. except next time, when you promise a customer you'd call back regarding delayed items...please do. All together a pleasant experience. :)
