My wife and I came to Diane’s Dresses & Bridal after searching several stores. It was a pleasure doing business with Mina. We felt welcomed. She helped my wife pick the perfect dress complete with veil and tiara. The minor alterations required to adjust the dress were perfectly done. The prices, selection, and service here were the best. You can find all the dresses available at the so called higher end stores here at a fraction of the cost. Why pay more to someone else and get nothing more in return? Overall pleased and will recommend to others in search of the perfect wedding dress. It was a pleasure coming here. Thanks!

Horrible place , bad customer service, heartless, desperate owners. The dressess are clearly secondhand. I called the bank to dispute the sale 15 minutes after purchasing a wedding dress, when the owner diana refused to give me a refund, even told me to just take the dress and go. The owner pretened to be a sales associate when speaking to the bank, and the sales associate pretended to be the owners wife, the bank was even impressed by their nasty behaviour. P.S. im 7 months pregnant and wanted a return because it was overpriced and poor quality, i doubt it will still be able to fit on my wedding day as im still growing. I literally asked for the refund 15 mintues after purchase. They are nice until you have an issue then turn deceitful and condesending. I just want to save someone else a horrible experience and the loss of hard earned money with a place that doesnt deserve customers especially during these hard times. Dont say i didnt warn you. Positive reviews are probably friends and family.
Had a great experience here. They have beautiful dresses at a great price. Found my prom dress for almost half the cost i seen them for in woodbridge. great quality, great staff, excellent customer service. My alterations were done perfect and finished in less than a week. I would highly recommend coming here.
