The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the location is kept in spotless condition. Additional measures in place to help protect the staff and customers during these times were sensible and not distracting from the experience.

I came her to get a repair done to a necklace clasp in November 2019. Expected completion date was December 2019. After receiving one call in December from Yurman about a delay due to parts shortage I received zero communication from them. I called in February 2020 and still delayed. Finally, I called on July 13, 2020 and the part is still unavailable. The part is a clasp on a Yurman necklace! It's literally the only mechanical part on the necklace! They can't source that part in 8 months! I told them to just give me back the necklace as I see the company doesn't stand behind it's product and makes no attempt to communicate delays to customers. There is a lot of competition in luxury jewellery options and I'll vote elsewhere with future spending. Hopefully I can get it fixed elsewhere but I just don't trust this company any longer.
Love this store and customer service. Rami is amazing sale associate and professional he knows every product David Yurman carries. I will be definitely visiting this store again.
I have never received such an amazing service. Rami was super awesome. I purchased a gorgeous bracelet. If it wasn’t for Rami - I wouldn’t have made any decision today. The best customer service! Ask for Rami!!! Highly recommended. 10 stars.
Nice store, some beautiful jewelry, a very nice sales guy. The sales women looked uninterested and indifferent - I ended up spending nearly 3000 on a couple of rings for myself and I would have bought something for my lady too, I wanted to, but the attitude of the sales women was a major turnoff.
Thought if you shopped from David Yurman you can expect and trust the customer service. I bought a bracelet and got it sent to be shortened that day. They called after two weeks so I drove the 40 minute drive just to pick it up before the store closed that day. Expecting to be finally wearing my bracelet, I was very disappointed to see that the bracelet wasn't shortened as I wanted, there was another clasp added on in a very odd place on the bracelet, maybe 0.2cm beside another clasp. The also said they would definitely readjust the center piece so it is in the middle when the bracelet is shortened, but that did not happen either. They blamed the employee that sold us the bracelet that she was not descriptive enough. Very dissatisfied with the level of work and care. I love the pieces, but other than the designs other aspects of the business needs to be examined. Now I have to wait another week. Just great. This seems to be a reoccurring situation with David Yurman.

Some of the best designed pieces out there. Excellent service with no pressure to purchase. Nice size shop that doesn’t leave you feeling overwhelmed
