Só here’s my review . Before I paid them they were very proactive always emailing and calling . Once I paid them, they were not so much anymore... emails. During surgery everything went well, doctor Cobourn was very kind and from his part I have no complaints. Facility where I did the surgery they all were very good and professional . During my 1 night I had to sleep in there it was very good . Post surgery I only had one so far and I only saw dietitian and a nurse . Was expecting seeing the doctor but did not happen. Nursing team I emailed them twice with questions they just don’t respond . When I went in for my follow up according to nurse “she simply didn’t get my email “ once again I sent another question no answers . I feel like once you paid all costumer services just falls off from a cliff . That’s why I give a 2 star . Surgery was spectacular no complaints nor on doctor . But his staff i felt like I was left behind . Would I recommend the clinic? For doc and facility yes .
