From the reception to the eye examination and the glasses selection, everything was professional and friendly. They speak English and Spanish. Prices are fair and the clinic it's clean and tide. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful customer service. Have been shopping here for years. Joseph and staff are so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Product selection is HUGE and affordable. Joe always takes his time to explain my prescription change too. Dr. B is so friendly and patient with me and my kids. Highly recommend to everyone!

Not good service at all. We went for my wife's diabetic prescription eye test which was free. After getting the test done, the guy there refused to give back the prescription back. He said he cannot give since it is from the doctor. We had to talk to the doctor working in there to give us a copy of the prescription. It's like he intended us to get the glasses done from their place only and not from anywhere else. I would not recommend this place at all. Replying to your answer, you didn't even get back to me to verify my wife's name and therefore you don't have a way to check the name. You could have got back to me to verify the information but you just posted your answer without any verification. Thanks anyway(still worse at responding to customers).

One of the best experiences I have ever had shopping for glasses. I have been wearing glasses for 10 years. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Joseph really took his time explaining different lens options. He also gave me some sample contact lenses to hold me over while my glasses were being manufactured. I highly recommend Caprice Optical for glasses, contact lenses and eye exams. They are great!!!
