Ordered the Dad’s Beer & Delicatessen Delight BroCrate along with some flowers in a vase. I expected for the crate to be as pictured (and it was!) but the flowers.. I ordered them blind as an \add-on\.. they were so beautiful! Very pleased with the e-comm site, ease of use, delivery tracking/notifications and after purchase follow up.. and I have yet to actually speak to someone from the vendor. That's brilliant. Thanks BroCrates!
Save your money. There's better companies with better products & customer service. Read the comments on their own website!This company has no customer service & sub par product. I was double charged in Nov & had to involve my bank. If this company ripped you off, keep records of every attempt at communicating with them & call your bank/credit card company & request a chargeback.
Worst customer service ever and products. I paid over 130 for beers that can be found down the street at the grocery store (LITERALLY SAW THEM THERE). Very disappointing as it is a unique gift. Save your . Everything was delivered 3 weeks late and no one ever answered emails or phone calls when I tried to reach out.
Order was rather disappointing, but I suppose it could have been much worse based on some of the other reviews here. I chose the shipping option to have my crate arrive on a specific day (my dad's birthday) and it did not show up till two days later. Had difficulty reaching their customer service over the phone, and had no response from them via email. Got a delivery tracking notification from them today, 20min before it was due to arrive. I ordered their meat gift box, and customized it to include crackers and strudel (10 gourmet items option), and a 2 year old sharp cheddar. No strudel was included (the 10 option indicates 1-2 items will arrive, but i don't believe a box of crackers is worth 10??), and the cheese was swapped for a cheap grocery store havarti. Overall the amount of items in the box doesn't seem to add up to how much I spent on the gift. I will continue to try to reach out to them, but after discovering their FAQ page, it seems they reserve the right to swap any items.
