After years of wanting to remodel our kitchen, family room & washroom, I came across BRIKS Design-Build Group. After doing some research and reading all their reviews, we decided to give them a call. We met with the team and explained what we wanted to do. They took the time to listen, we discussed different options, and within days we had a signed contract. BRIKS turned our vision into a reality. Taking a small kitchen, small dining room and an unused formal living room and turned it into our dream open concept kitchen/dining room. From the initial consultation until the final visit, and everything along the way, was truly a positive experience. They take pride in their workmanship and it shows in the end result. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. If there is any additional remodeling in our future, we’ll be calling BRIKS!

Family is having a house built up in Midland. Multiple accounts of lying, fraud, and little to no care or regard for the home owners, whom lost their house to a fire over a year ago. The house still has not been completed and has many flaws. Nothing is done to the blueprints, the electrical, plumbing and amenities aren't done to the plans nor is the kitchen. The contractor never gave the kitchen guy the actual plans for the cabinets or counter top. Charged my family for the removal of 19 truck loads of soil that failed a test that never took place. A stop work order was put in place because inspections were not done. There is just so much wrong with this whole situation.
From the very beginning of our experience with POSCHE Design & Build, the communication was great! Our initial contact was via emails but once the home renovation started we were in regular contact with our Project Manager. It was very reassuring to know he was there to answer any of our questions or address our concerns. When issues came up during demolition, as they are bound to, our Project Manager worked hard with us to find the best cost-effective solution and made sure we were promptly updated with any changes. We were also impressed with the quality of work. From the designer who worked hard with us to create a beautiful vision within a complicated space, to the trades who turned that vision into a reality. They were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with us. They all took the time to answer our questions and discuss the work they were completing. We always felt fully informed and never felt we were being disruptive. They were also all great at brainstorming with us and the Project Manager when problems arose. Our Project Manager was great at having all the trades scheduled to come and do their work. Our project was completed beautifully and on time! Thank you POSCHE Design & Build!
