We were at Black Creek Pioneer Village drive-thru Christmas lights display and it was amazing!!! It was a great way to get into the spirit through the pandemic. Hopefully it won’t be mandatory next Christmas, but I would definitely do this again given the option. A good way to stay warm, be festive & look at lights.

Good for walks , cycling .. it is roughly 4 km long . Can start from parking lot at black creek trail... I go every day for my evening walks. Nice and calm. There are limited seating on the route.

This is a nice historic village. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into here and walked around all of the historic buildings in the village. There’s a mill, blacksmith shop, school, houses, and stables. The buildings are all well preserved and well laid out, which is nice. There are fort roads that go from building to building, which is pretty nice. After I walked around and went in everything in the village, I left, satisfied with my experience. I gave this village five stars because it’s historic and well preserved.

Excellent place to visit with the kiddies. Just visited in November for the #CTChristmasTrail, enjoying the elves and Santa. Awesome place for hosting events where visitors need to be distanced.

I truly love this place and I love the fact that it's so serene and on the outside of the fence it's just back to real life and the busyness of today's day and age. I love the authenticity or how they try to maintain the authenticity of the olden days. Unfortunately because of covid restrictions my visit wasn't as great as it used to be. The tours were limited. There is nobody in each exhibit to correspond with and get information from and ask questions to. You were just left on your own to read the signs and figure it out. I wasn't able to get any fresh bread nor was I able to go into the emporium and get some souvenirs. I was able to visit the gift shop on the way out and get some old fashioned lollipops and Infamous rock candy. Just did not seem as inviting as previous. I will continue to support the Black Creek Pioneer village as it is historical landmark here in the Jane and Finch community.

I really loved visiting this place with the kids. The houses are well presented, staff are outgoing and engaging, animals are well cared for and varied, the toys and dollhouse are fascinating. There are picnic areas and washrooms are clean and well appointed. I recommend visiting this place. We usually go in summer but the fall & Christmas activities are on my wishlist.

I had wanted to visit this place for several years and it exceeded all my expectations! What a great place to see and show kids how people used to live. Very interesting and informative. All staff members were very helpful and eager to answer any questions.

Amazing & educational place for all family) So beautiful heritage buildings and interesting history here. Save during COVID-19: time slots for visitors, spacious outdoor museum. You can see a farm animals here: goats, sheeps, horses, gooses and bunnies .
