I recently decided to try my hand ay some wood/metal projects and this was my first time buying live edge. I had contacted a few places closer to home but they were rather condescending when I’d mention I was new to this and needed to be guided. The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. They got me the right wood and finishing oils for the project and walked me through how to prep the wood and how to apply the finish as well. 10/10 would recommend bringing your business there!

Alex and his team made me an island table that exceeded my expectations. They are laid back and friendly, sort of easygoing and free spirited in the way artists like to be. Alex has an unconventional approach to his customers and you should let him do his thing, because he knows what he’s doing. No BS and to the point. And everyone mentions Alex, but I should say that Jan, his second in command, and Bram rock as well.They are awesome!!! If you want a piece of art in your house, have some custom furniture made at Anglewood. You won’t regret it! Héctor
Great value and selection. I purchased some wood and I was able to make an awesome 8-ft decorative shelf for my TV. It looks great and I'll be turning the scraps I cut off into smaller floating shelves. Definitely great value. Others are charging these prices for fresh sawn wood that you have to let sit for months or even a year before using. This store has the same priced wood kiln dried and ready to go.
We had the absolute best experience with Anglewood furniture! They listed to what I wanted and hit the mark EXACTLY. The table is just so beautiful in person. They delivered within the time they promised and shipment was smooth and not damaged! Highly recommend!
I've been following Anglewood for over 2x years now since their early beginnings, and I knew I would use them for my future dining table, fast forward to today it's done! After comparing to many pre-fab live edge and other custom makers, Anglewood seems to be the fastest growing, innovative, and we'll priced of the bunch in Ontario! Alex is a master of his craft, having lots of experience and provides great input and advice for your custom projects. There were some details missed in our work order, but he was able to accommodate and make things right. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended! I give them 9/10!
