What an incredible experience! From the moment we stepped foot into Alexanian to choose flooring after a small flood in our house, we knew we were in good hands. We had an extremely informative conversation with Frank, who walked us through all of our options moving forward. Frank is one of the most caring, communicative, and helpful individuals that I've met in the industry, and he was delightful to work with. Additionally, the individuals that installed the flooring did an astounding job. In terms of their disposition, they were professional, fun to chat with, and extremely patient with me in explaining the install process. I could not be more happy with the work and experience that I've had with everyone I've interacted with at Alexanian. I purchased a beautiful area rug from Alexanian for my family room and just had a carpet runner installed. Joe looked after us every step of the way being patient in showing us tons of samples to select from. Both look fantastic in my home and I highly recommend Alexanian for quality, selection, and professional service.
This was my first time working with Joe, the sales person and Cambell, the leader of the installation team. I'm a general contractor and deal with a large number of vendors and trades. I can honestly say that this is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a vendor. This was a large, complex job. Joe was extremely helpful, responsive and the pricing was very fair. The carpet arrived before it was promised, the installation timing was flexible and worked to fit my schedule. The installation was done extremely professionally, the home owner is thrilled and it looks great. Cambell's team showed up right on time, kept in touch throughout the day, finished early and did a perfect cleanup before they left. I really couldn't be happier with how this was all handled. I look forward to working with this team again.

Worked with Joe and he was very good in showing different options, informing us and helping us make the right decision for our main stairs carpet. He didn’t put any pressure trying to upsell us on anything. Came home to measure and ensure we were getting the right product. Followed up to ensure installation was booked and satisfactory (very professional, followed COVID protocols and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards). Carpet is plush, modern and classic. Love it!
