Agility came recommend to us from close friends who had used them this year. The movers arrived on time and were courteous, professional and took excellent care of our items. The team was very careful not to damage our new home and used red carpets to protect our floors which I loved. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them.

We just had an absolutely awful experience with the owner of this company. There was a misunderstanding over our moving date and he felt the apartment was not ready. He accused us of lying and would not stop yelling/shouting in our hallway. Needless to say, it was a bit scary. Then he cancelled the move. I can understand people being upset but this was over the top and unsafe. I would recommend against this company. In response to the company answer below. David, there was a frank miscommunication about the elevator but your 'lead hand' (who is actually yourself) was not patient enough to listen. You were yelling so loud in the hallway, you would not let us clarify. My husband Carlos did not have a raised voice and could not even get a word in edgewise. He respectfully tried to explain to you the situation. Accusing him of lying seems a bit strange given that you didn't know the whole story. Accusing him of being intimidating is just shifting the blame. Also, our house was half packed because half of it is staying in the apartment for now. But again, you didn't listen. I think you should reflect a little bit on your behavior and whether you should be dealing with people if you cannot control your emotions. We just booked a move with another company for tomorrow who was proffesional and less expensive. My family has used your services over the last few years and I am extremely dissapointed - this will be the last time. I am a business owner as well and we all make mistakes. In your situation, an apology would have been appropriate whether you felt you were lied to or not - there is no excuse for that kind of behavior. And as a woman, I will not stand for having a man use his voice to talk over me and intimidate me. I hope your day takes a better turn from here
