I had my tire and a couple of other issues fixed today. Very happy with the whole experience. The location is super convenient for people who work at the Consumers road business park. The service is five-star. They have a great communication tool that keep customers updated about the progress of repair.

I had a bad experience at this location, dealing with the owner, Art. If you are not experienced with cars, do not come here because they will upsell you things you don't need. For example: new tires when you don't need them. My starter needed to be repaired, and after it was done the car still wouldn't start, and the problem actually seemed worse than before!!! The engine now makes a lot of noise but still won't start. I was down 430 and the problem still wasn't solved. They wanted to charge me 140 for a second inspection/diagnosis, not taking into account the extra cost of labor fixing the problem. All in all, they would've spent more than 1K on a simple starter replacement. I do not recommend this place unless you are very knowledgeable about cars and/or is really good at negotiations, otherwise they will take advantage of you. Or if you have an extra 1K lying around. Go somewhere else. I would give zero stars if I could. How can I spend so much money and the problem actually became worse?!?!?! Scam artist. Avoid. In the end I had to take it to another mechanic to fix the problem, because I did not want to break the bank for a simple problem. Apparently they fixed the starter, but it only works for 2-3 minutes and it dies again. I'm not too knowledgeable about cars but even I know that sounds fishy. Very disappointed in this service, especially looking at previous google reviews.
