Seriously, made a payment yesterday to have oil refilled. Apparently they don't check payments made and require you to call in the order. Okay makes sense. But then WHY! Do I now have to go to my bank, cancel the payment, GO INTO co-op to pay it in person THEN set up a delivery? I WAS ALSO TOLD HER DIVERS NEED TO BE PUT ON CALL FOR MY DELIVERY? IF I GO IN TO PAY AND ARRANGE A DELIVERY, THEY DONT NEED TO BE ON CALL BUDDY! Also! 250 to deliver in the SAME town after hours? Robbery JEEEZ! Confusing and offers little clarification so you know what's really going on. Also, if you ask more questions than she'd like you to, she's very short with you.

They are a very unprofessional company had other people's orders on my account 2 times and they have a minimum 350.00 delivery asked for that they filled my tanks anyway. Then they were calling me acting like I ordered a full tank and wanting to come in my home and turn off my pilot lights so they could take back the propane I didnt order in the middle of the covid . Mickey mouse company. Pathetic
Despite repeating my feed order several times to the cashier I was given the wrong feed. Double check your merchandise before you leave with it.
