Recently, we hired Negar to help us to rent out our apartment in Vancouver. She is professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. She helped us to set price for the rent and suggested us to clean and paint several areas.. After that she posted the advertisement on several websites and showed the apartments to potential tenants. She is hard working person. Even weekend, she still answered the question from tenants and myself. After her hard working for 2 weeks, we found the very good tenant in my apartment. Negar also looked after the moving process and ensured everything were smooth. I am happy to recommend her if you are looking for property manager.
