A truly wonderful pastry shop. They make the finest cakes, chocolates and croissants that I have ever tasted. Well worth the wait when it's busy inside. The founder, Thomas, is a master of his craft and truly deliveres the best quality of pastries with exceptional customer service.

The pastries and chocolates are delicious. We went today to try their seasonal hot chocolate. Both were delicious, but the white chocolate passion fruit was my fave.

Fabulous espresso and a divine spicy hot chocolate. Their macaroons are to die for and their packaged chocolate bars gorgeously presented and are tasty (matcha is my fave). Great as treats for others or yourself.

I am a HUGE fan of Thomas Haas. I genuinely believe that they are the best patisserie/bakery in all of the area. Hands down!!! That's why, when my mom called me saying she picked up a Galette des Rois for dinner last night, I knew it was going to be memorable. My family is French, and I've grown up celebrating Epiphany with this cake every year. However, once we dug in, we realized there was pineapple in the cake... gross! Just to make sure there wasn't the chance of a mistake, I looked on their website, and saw that the cake was available in two flavours - pineapple, and orange... both of which I have to say do NOT work with this kind of cake... I guess the reason I'm writing a review is to propose that if they are to add additional flavours to this cake, they should have the option of a true, \traditional\ version, and for other flavours, to explore pear and cassis. These would, without a doubt, taste immensely better with the almond. Otherwise, it was still incredibly delicious!!! Just not fun picking out the pineapple haha. I've attached photos below just for the sake of having them as part of the review!
