A huge thanks to Balay Spa for making time and space for my 2 sons and myself. My boys returned from school in a different province, and I just wanted a special day with them. The staff were professional and the place was incredibly clean. The massages were fantastic; we didn't want it to end. We appreciated the staff checking in about the pressure throughout the massage. We definitely will be back!
Went in for a couples massage and the staff were very friendly and helpful getting us prepared. The massage was extremely relaxing not to mention the atmosphere in there was fantastic!
Called in on a whim for an impromptu massage day with my girlfriend. Got a deep tissue for 60min and a 60min relaxation for her. Met courteously at the door and welcomed to a very clean environment. Arika, my masseuse was quite petite and I was prepared for disappointment. I was almost immediately blown away by her professionalism and satisfying technique within the first 10 seconds. Everything was clicking seemingly back into place throughout the massage. When we left i felt like my posture was healed. We go for massages quite frequently, and we both agree that this was one of, if not the best experience we've had.
