It was my first visit and Aneek(spelling?) was very helpful when I purchased training fins. She allowed me to try on a pair in my size that felt a bit uncomfortable in the toe box. I tried the next size up and she assessed that the fins were too big and would not be functional. She assured me that the previous pair of fins that I tried would be comfortable in the water and would stretch in time. She was correct. I love my Speedo fins. I perused their selection in bathing suits and accessories and it was comprehensive and competitive. I will definitely shop at Team Aquatic for future supplies

Did not like the service experience and will not go back anymore, even though our club has 10% off- Girl that was there had zero customer service abilities and was a fraction of a hair of being rude...while we were there, there was one customer who ordered and paid online and went to the shop to pick up her order. She had called before hand and they confirmed her order was at the store. When customer asked the girl to check out- think her name was Olivia- she said she did not receive anything. She still went to the back of the store to search for it (with such an effortless behavior )just to go back to the client to say there was nothing there. Client asked her to call the warehouse and after instructions, found out that the order was right in front of her. For our own purchase experience, a few miscommunication about their discount policy and a ot nice\ approach. I now prefer to shop on big stores or on Amazon, where we have a more professional service level and not a lot of attitude- this breaks our hearts as small business owners as well.

My daughter is on a swim team so this is our go-to spot for swimsuits and gear. We've had several positive interactions in the store and ordering online with in-store pick up. As others have mentioned, the store is surprisingly small but holds a lot of inventory. The staff member who helped us last weekend was very friendly, nice and knowledgable. I learned a lot about fabrics and fit (more than during other visits), and she was juggling several sets of customers by the time we left. My daughter struggled getting on her first kneeskin suit and almost gave up - I wish the staff member gave us more instruction on how to do this - but when we got home YouTube had the answer.
