I found this company extremely responsive, professional and helpful, while I was looking for tenants for my apartment unit in March 2020, just in the middle of pandemic. They are very knowledgeable about the rental market, have a great marketing strategy and screening process. They build a great trust with both tenants and landlords. They also offer great maintenance and renovation services through Swiftmaintenance. They did a great job of renovating my apartment under five weeks, and placing it in rental market, everything was very well organized and planned. The renovation bills were very clear and transparent, and their quote was very reasonable and cost effective. I would strongly recommend both Moe and Reza for rental and renovation services.
