1st step into the class, I felt the family warmth, students care about each other, especially for the new comers, instructors paired them with experienced and know-how students, then they will be well taken care of. I love this place, I love NVBJJ

North Vancouver Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is an incredible martial arts gym. The head instructor and owner of the gym is one of the greatest teachers of any subject I have studied. Marc, along with the rest of the teaching staff, have done an amazing job creating a safe and fun learning environment for all. No matter how much experience you have, there is a class suited for you. Gracie Jiu Jitsu is so beneficial for both physical and mental health, and if you have ever been curious what all the hype is about—this is the place to start!

I absolutely love this place! Atmosphere is very clean, inviting with a strong community focus. The instruction is very safe and technical. I live outside of North Van and choose to train here because it is the best environment to support my jiu jitsu. Marc and the instructors are all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The Teachers and other staff at NVBJJ create such a lovely welcoming atmosphere, always greeted with a smile and a handshake. They are so accommodating to perspective students of all skill levels, you never feel lost or left behind. They always take the time to answer any questions, and respond to concerns. They keep the entire facility immaculate. Everyone there is there to learn and is encouraged to help each other. I dont think i change studios if they paid me.
