From the very first moment we step in, we were welcomed by Amir with a big smile. He was direct and transparent with us about what options were available. We knew that if we didn't make the decision right at the moment, we would be losing a good opportunity to have a reliable and new car without adding interests on our payments. Besides, we got a free oil change while discussing our finances to close the deal. At last but not least, when we were about to pick up our ROGUE 2020, we got the color we love the most. I would like to say thank you to Hamid. I was not considering buying a brand new car; I was even not 100% sure to buy a Nissan I just wanted to look around to have an idea for comparing Nissan and Toyota. When I went to Nissan North shore, Hamid, the product advisor, greeted me. I explained him what I was looking for, what my budget was, what my priorities were and what mattered most. He asked good questions to better understand my needs and expectations and in turn answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He showed me the cars on the lot available for sale that I might likely have been interested in, gave detailed information about each car, old and new, and suggested me to test drive the cars we liked. After the test drive, I went to his office where he offered different options without pushing for any of them, gave information on interest rates attached to old and new cars and to different payment schedules, cons and pros of buying an old and a new car, and so on. He assisted me in deciding the best option among quite a few alternatives. I believe I found the right car! Hamid provided me with such a stress-free experience and I never felt pressured along the way. He is an excellent, knowledgeable, and a very professional product advisor who provided us with a great buying experience! When I went to pick up my new car, he spent a very long time to show us every detail in the car. He really enjoys being helpful and you forget that you are in a business relationship; he simply makes you feel that you are friends. Also a big thank-you goes to Sals manager, who I do not know the name. Thanks to him, the purchase process was painless.

Had a budget. Walked around the automall to all other dealerships. The rest laughed at me. Patrick and Sean at this dealership told me they will work with my budget and promise to take care of me. An hour later I walked out with this beautiful ride. I paid in cash, they were a pleasure to work with. True and honest. No lies straight up professional salesmen. Loving my ride.
