Got some parts reinstalled again with my car on this Midas branch on North Van. Ohh I don't know where to start thanking this guy Nathan! Bro I never experienced that high level of customer service and high quality of work. Nathan and his crew will NEVER waste time while fixing or doing maintenance into your car so he can charge for more hours. Thank you Nathan and your crew!! I really appreciate what you've done with my car and to me, you went beyond! I wish I could rate more than five stars. Highly recommend!!

Will never be coming back here again. I called in to ask about their fees for changing one of the front lights, they said 20 so I booked it. When I got there they charged me 42. More than double of what they had told me it was going to be. When I questioned the charges they told me the replacement was a headlight, and that I should have specified over the phone that I needed a headlight. I paid the fee and left as I am not a confrontational person but what they did in blaming me was outrageous. If they have different prices for different types of lights it is their job to ask 'what type of light is it?' They are the experts they should be the ones asking the questions to insure people get the correct information to make a decision. I would have called around if I had known it was going to be 42 and not booked with them. They are deceitful and unprofessional. I called a few times to ask for the owner but he was never around. I wish I had the chance to speak to him about this ordeal as he seems to be a descent person and was very helpful in the past. However that did not happen hence this review and I will not be going back.
Just got my aftermarket bolt on exhaust installed on this location in north van via appointment. Quoted about 45mins to 1hr of work but they did it in just 30mins and adjusted the quote. Very friendly guy Nathan. Would recommend
Nathan (Manager) has been my mechanic for over 10 years. When he had a brief stint at MIDAS in Richmond, I followed him there. Why? Because he is the most polite, most knowledgable, most honest mechanic I have had in my 34 years of owning cars. Always in a great mood too! Bless you, Nathan. Special mention to Sue and Pedro for their smile and courteous service.
