The place had a great atmosphere, kept to COVID precautions, and welcoming staff. The drip coffee is really great too! My friend and I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the chicken club to share for lunch. The pulled pork was great! The bun was soft and really delicious (I prefer soft buns to Kaiser buns). It wasn’t too saucy and had a great flavour. The chicken club had a great flavour, but it really fell apart when you picked it up, the chicken pieces didn’t fit in the sandwich and the chicken was pretty dry, however the bacon was great so your probably better off going with the BLT they offer. On the club the bread was gorgeous and buttery, but like I said the chicken didn’t fit so it wasn’t the easiest to eat. The salad on the side was yummy, but just mixed greens with a vinaigrette dressing. All and all a lovely meal and I would return. The friend I came with said they had a great breakfast menu too! Enjoy!

Lift was an awesome experience this last Sunday for brunch.. Excellent service, the menu was full of wonderful choices, and the Hash was to die for! I subbed for sausage, and added avocado. The coffee was awesome and had a Mimosa, which was fresh too. Unfortunately no Caesar on the menu... The wait was pretty quick and the staff are super nice. Location is also a plus with 2 hr street parking.

The special Valentine’s menu was amazing. Incredible food and great service. Even the desserts were incredible. Highly recommend Lift and their new restaurant in Kits opening this year.

Amazing, everything completely perfect! Everything is made in house, and it shows. Coffee is perfect, slightly trending towards Euro style which I love. The breakfast sandwich was 5 star! Beautiful decor and atmosphere. Sadly the garden seating area isn't open yet but it looked amazing. Highly recommended! - To the staff, don't change anything. Spot on!

Not sure if we just came in at a bad time, but we were aggressively asked to wait outside while other people went past us inside and got immediately sat down. Brushed it off as it it may have been a misunderstanding and we were excited to try this place. We ordered three different plates and honestly all the food was bland, I’m trying to understand all these 5 star reviews below? Coffee was decent and fresh sourdough. No water was brought to the table - service was mediocre. Definitely not a good first experience. We also saw some of the cooking staff walk in towards the kitchen with their masks down on their chin, was sort of unsettling. Will maybe be back for coffees to go but there is plenty of better places to grab breakfast in North Van.
